• Vendors are responsible for delivering what they advertise accurately and on time.

3. Subscriptions and Product Access

• Some products or services listed on VenDoor may require a one-time payment or subscription.
• Subscriptions dont auto-renew
• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime by the user
• VenDoor reserves the right to remove any product, service, or listing — including those with active subscriptions — at any time, without prior notice. This could be due to:
  • Policy violations
  • Legal concerns
  • Vendor inactivity
  • Quality or performance issues
• If a product is removed:
  • Associated subscriptions may be terminated
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be provided at VenDoor's discretion or if legally required

4. Content

Users must not upload or share any false, offensive, or copyrighted content.VenDoor may remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payments & Transactions

• VenDoor may act as a facilitator but is not responsible for third-party vendor behavior or delivery issues.
• Always verify vendor reliability before making payments.
• Disputes must first be resolved between the buyer and seller, but VenDoor may intervene when necessary.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user or vendor account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in fraud or scams
• Receives repeated complaints

7. Changes to These Terms

VenDoor may update these Terms at any time. If we make major changes, we'll notify users through the platform. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the latest version of the Terms.
